Card status upgrade is done every 3 months on the basis of the points earned over the previous 6 months:

Card status downgrade is also done every 3 months. In case when guest did not earn enough points over the previous 6 months, his card status is downgraded to Sapphire, Opal or Ruby.
If the guest used points, points earned earlier are spent first. If the guest does not use points during 6 months, they will be removed automatically.

The Cristal Privilege Club loyalty card is required to play on slot machines and gaming tables, as well as to accrue points.
HOW DO I GET A CRISTAL PRIVILEGE CLUB CARD?
The card is issued upon registration to each guest. Only guests of legal age can register at the casino. To register, please go to the casino reception desk with your original foreign passport, visa and migration card.
WHAT ARE POINTS?
Points are bonuses that you get when playing on slot machines and gaming tables. You can exchange them for Draws participation tickets, free play credits (promotional rubles) to play slot machines, hotel accommodation, restaurants and bars bills payment and also for buying souvenirs. Souvenirs can be purchased either with points or by bankcard.
Points cannot be given to other loyalty club members or transferred between cards.
HOW CAN I ACCRUE POINTS?
Players receive points according there slot machine/gaming tables turnover. Please be sure to show your card to the dealer before playing on the tables and place it into the slot machine before the game. The more you play, the more points you earn.
HOW OFTEN ARE THE POINTS WRITTEN OFF?
Unused points are automatically written off every 6 month (the points that were earned earlier will be written off first). Therefore, it is important to remember to spend earned points in time.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY CURRENT BALANCE?
The fastest way to get the information is to check point balance in Tigre de Cristal mobile app as it is displayed in Player’s personal account. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR CHANGING STATUS IN CRISTAL PRIVILEGE LOYALTY PROGRAM?
The upgrade/downgrade of the status in the Cristal Privilege Club loyalty program occurs once every 3 months based on the points accumulated over the past 6 months. If your status is changed, you will receive a personal notification via SMS or in your mobile app account.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF PERSONAL DOCUMENTS REPLACEMENT?
In case of documents replacement due to the reaching age that requires a replacement, documents loss, data replacement, etc. it is necessary to present new valid documents to Cristal Privilege Club to update your data.
WHY DO I NEED TO SET A PIN-CODE FOR THE CRISTAL PRIVILEGE CLUB CARD?
The Cristal Privilege Club loyalty card PIN is required to use free play credits (special bonuses where 1 FPC = 1 ruble) to play on slot machines. You can set your PIN at the Cristal Privilege Club.
HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE IN A DRAW?
To participate in a Draw, it is necessary to exchange points for particular Draw ticket(-s) at the Cristal Privilege Club and place them in the gaming equipment no later than 15 minutes before the beginning of the round. Personal presence during Draws is required. More information is described in the «Promotions and Events» section.
