Rules on acceptance of bets and payouts of winnings in Tigre de Cristal Casino

These Rules on acceptance of bets and payout of winnings are developed in line with Federal Law dd. 29.12.2006 № 244-FZ "On state regulation of gaming activities and on introduction of amendmends to some legislative acts of the Russian Federation".

I General Provisions

1. These Rules establish the procedure for acceptance of bets and payouts of winnings in Tigre de Cristal Casino and ensure compliance with the requirements of the Russian Federation legislation on gaming activities, on countering the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and terrorism financing, legislation on protection of consumers' rights, protection of interests and property of the Casino visitors.

2. Tigre de Cristal Casino - Tigre de Cristal Hotel with Casino Facility is located in the Primorye Gaming Zone at the address: 73 Muravyinaya Bay, Artem, Primorye Region, Russian Federation, which is carrying out activities for the organization and conducting of gaming with use of gaming tables, slot machines and / or other gaming equipment and also rendering other related services.

3. Player - a gaming participant, who is concluding an agreement on winning, based on risk, with the Casino or with other Players in the Casino. Persons below age of eighteen cannot be gaming participants, make bets and / or get winnings in the Casino.

4. Gaming - a risk-based agreement on winning, concluded by two or several participants of such agreement between themselves or with gaming organizer following the rules, established by organizer of such gaming.

5. Allowed to participate in gaming are Players that passed prior identification and registration and admitted to the casino in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and also with the Rules on attendance at the Tigre de Cristal Casino.

6. Bet - monetary items, delivered by a Player ti the Casino that serve as a condition of the Player's participation in gaming. Bets are made by Players straight at gaming equipment (gaming tables, slot machines, others) prior to start of a game with use of the Casino's internal exchange items.

7. Tigre de Cristal Casino has in circulation the following exchange items of the established face value: Chips, Plaques, Cash tickets (TITO tickets), Credits.

8. Credits are electronic exchange items of the gaming venue for playing slots.

9. Exchange items are property of the Casino, any exchange, sale, assignment of transfer thereof by a Player to third parties within or beyond the Casino is prohibited.

10. Player can exchange items of the Casino, obtained after finishing gaming at tables or slit machines, for monetary items in Casino cages. All transactions with monetary items in Casino cages are carried out on presentation by Players of a personal guest's Card and in identity document (the list of such documents is specified by the Casino Internal Conrtol Procedures).

11. Exchange irems of the Casino are given out to Players in exchange to monetary items and the monetary itams are given out (paid out) to Players in exchange ti the submitted exchange items of the Casino by cages of the Casino.

12. Payments between Clients and the Casino may be effected with use of cash monetary items and also with use of cashless payments methods specified by the Russian Federation legislation and adopted bt the Casino.

13. In all other respects, not regulated by these Rules, the Casino is guided by the Internal Control Procedures, Rules of Gaming in Tigre de Cristal Casino, Rules on conducting transactions with monetary items at organization and conducting of gaming dd. 14.08.2020 №1220, the Russian Federaion legislation on cash register equipment, on countering the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and terrorism financing.

II Rules on acceptance of bets at gaming tables

1. Gaming table - gaming equipment, which is a space with one or several layouts, using which the Casino is conducting games between Players or acts as their participant through its staff (croupier, dealers).

2. Player makes a bet using Chips / Plaques at the table's layout considering minimum and maximum bet, which serves as condition of participation in the game in accordance with the Rules on gaming in Tigre de Cristal Casino.

3. Participation in table gaming allows only gaming Chips / Plaques, which cost is denominated on conditional units of the Casino - TDC. TDC exchange rate is established by order of the Casino in Rubles of the Russian Federation and is accommodated in cages of the Casino in places where one can see it. At the time of approval of these Rules the exchange rate set for chips is 1 TDC = RUB 60.

4. Chips / Plaques lost as result of the game are kept by the Casino, the Chips / Plaques that were won are given by an employee of the Casino (dealer, croupier) to a Player.

5. Player may use gaming Chips / Plaques, received as result of the game for gaming at other tables, or exchange it in cages of the Casino for monetary items following the TDC exchange rate established by the Casino (see clause 3 above).

6. Player can make bets only at a fully equipped and prepared gaming table in attendance of an employee pf the Casino (dealer, croupier). The Casino has the right to refuse Player to make bets at a gaming table if the one is closed for gaming, provided there are other vacant seats at gaming tables open for gaming or on grounds of the decision of the competent Casinp employee.

III Rules on acceptance of bets by slot machines

1. Slot machine - gaming equipment (mechanical, electrical, electronic or other technical equipment), used for conducting gaming with material gain, which is determined on a random basis without participation of the Casino or its employees.

2. For participation in slot gaming tickets of the Casino are accepted, which gaming value is denominated in rubles of the Russian Federation and is indicated on a ticket and as well cash money.

3. To start a slot maschine game, a Player should insert cash ticket or cash money into a receiving unit of a slot machine, equipped with a cash-register equipment, get Credits in exchange, choose a game and make a bet using a keyboard (or a monitor) of the slot, taking into account each game's minimum and maximum bet under the rules, set by the gaming prganizer, push "Start" button.

4. If the Player decides to finalize the slot machine game, the one should push "Payout" button, then the slot machine is issuing a Cash Ticket with indicated amount of unused remainder and / or winning of the Player in Rubles of the Russian Federation.

5. The Player may use the Cash Ticket, received from the slot machine for gaming on other slot machines or exchange it in a cage of the Casino for monetary items (receive winning).

IV Rules on payout of winnings

1. Winning - monetary items or other property (including - property rights), payable (transferrable) to a Player upon result of a game, in which the one is recognized as winner in accordance with the Rules of gaming.

2. Payout of winnings in exchange to internal exchange items of the Casino submitted by Players is exercised in cash or in kind (if it is provided by the Rules or conditions of the game).

3. Platers, which are recognized as winners in Casino in accordance with the rules for conducting the game are paid winning in size, from (monetary, property or property rights) and within periods as prescribed by the terms for conducting the game. If the winning payout period is not identified under the terms for conducting of the given type of game - it is paid out no later than within ten days from emerged result of the game, provided no other period is set forth by the Russian Federation legislation.

4. Payouts of winnings in a monetary form is effected in Rubles of the Russian Federation bt cages of the Casino.

5. Winnings are paid by the Casino upon presentation by Player of an identity document or with use some other way for Player identification, provided by the Federal Law N 115-FZ "On countering the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and terrorism financing" and ensiring verification of age of such gaming participant.

6. If a winning received is for the amount of 1 000 000 rubles and over a Player should pass an additional identification procedure, provide the Guest's card, the identity document (list of identity documents is specified by the Internal Control Procedures of the Casino).
