Tigre de Cristal Hotel & Resort has a policy of supporting responsible gambling among its guests, and strives to provide a safe and supportive environment for their stay at the casino.

We understand that addiction to games leads some players to difficult life situations, and we try to prevent unreasonable risks on their part and help limit the amount of money lost.

Pay attention to the signs that indicate that your desire to play in casino puts your psychological and/or financial condition at risk:

• Gambling is conducted beyond your financial means.
• You borrow money from acquaintances, take out a loan or sell valuables / property to use them to play in a casino.
• You hide from relatives, friends or acquaintances that you play in a casino. Your relationships with loved ones have deteriorated due to your passion for gambling.
• You are experiencing severe emotional stress (depression or suicidal thoughts) because of losing a game of chance.
• You see gambling not as entertainment, but as a means to fulfill your financial obligations.
• Gambling has become an opportunity for you to have fun and/or spend your free time.
• You are more likely to spend the accumulated money on playing in the casino than on anything else.
• The more you lose, the greater your desire to "recoup".

If you are familiar with at least one of the above features, use the recommendations:

• Reduce the time you spend playing at the casino: set a limit and try not to exceed it.
• Play within your means – do not bet more than you can afford.
• Plan in advance how much money you are willing to spend to gamble without detriment.

Realizing that gambling can be addictive, Tigre de Cristal uses following restrictions to protect vulnerable players:

1. Age limit. Only guests who have reached the age of 18 can stay and play at the casino after mandatory registration in the casino system and presentation of the original passport. Tigre de Cristal is responsible for preventing minors from playing.
2. Players are given the opportunity to submit an application for self-exclusion with a quick review procedure.
3. Relatives of player also have an opportunity to submit an application of his/her exclusion from the casino.
4. Casino staff check and make sure that the player is not included in a self-excluded list before entering.
5. Players do not receive credits or loans.

According to the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the casino guests are responsible for tax payment. The player is obliged to pay tax once a year in case if annual (from 1^st of January to 31^st of December) winning prize is bigger than betting sum (deposited funds into the cashier). Tax rate is 13% of the guest's annual casino income and defined as the difference between all bets made and cash winnings received in the cashier. Tax office calculates the amount of tax and gives a notice.
