TIGRE DE CRISTAL CASINO ATTENDANCE POLICY

This TIGRE DE CRISTAL Casino Attendance Policy has been elaborated on grounds of Federal Law No.244-FZ dated December 29, 2006 “On the State Regulation of Activities Associated with the Organization of and Carrying out Gambling and on Amending Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” and Federal Law No.115-FZ dated August 07, 2001 “On Countering the Legalization of Incomes Received through Crime (Money Laundering) and the Financing of Terrorism”, as well as in accordance with current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This TIGRE DE CRISTAL Casino Attendance Policy establishes attendance rules of the Casino, code of conduct of visitors in the territory of the Casino and is directed at compliance with legislative requirements of the Russian Federation for regulation of gambling activities, countering the legalization of incomes received through crime (money laundering), and financing of terrorism, as well as ensuring public peace in the territory of the gambling venue, protecting against unlawful offence against interests, life, health, honor, dignity, reputation, and belongings of visitors and employees of the Casino, as well as interests and property of the gambling venue.

1.2. Casino - TIGRE DE CRISTAL Hotel with Casino facility, located in the Primorye Gaming Zone at the address: 73 Muravyinaya Bay, Artem, Primorski region, Russian Federation, exercising gambling activities with the use of gaming tables, slot machines and / or other gaming equipment, and as well rendering other related services.

1.3. Casino visitors are gamblers being present in a gambling venue, as well as other persons, whose access to the gambling venue is nor prohibited in accordance with legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as with this Policy.

1.4. Casino visitors may not be persons under age (less than 18 years old).

1.5. This Policy is mandatory in the territory of the Casino and shall be observed by all visitors. Upon request of the Casino’s employees any visitor of the gambling venue, who breaches this TIGRE DE CRISTAL Casino Policy, shall immediately leave the gambling venue.

2. Clothing requirements for visitors to the Casino (dress code)

It is prohibited to enter and stay in the Casino if the Visitor is wearing:

2.1. A visitor is wearing dirty or stained clothes/shoes, sportswear, beachwear/beach footwear, industrial clothing, military, camouflage or another uniform. Wearing outerwear and headwear in casino is prohibited. Outerwear and headwear should be left in Casino cloakroom.

2.2. A visitor is wearing clothes with inscriptions and illustrations containing abusive/explicit language (including those in foreign languages) or directed at incitement to hatred or enmity diminution of dignity of the person of group of people on the basis of gender, race, nationality, language, origin, religion or social class.

Casino may set special requirements to visitor clothing in line with events held by Casino (Dress Code).

3. Casino Business Hours

3.1. The Casino operates 24/7 with short service breaks organized for certain departments in order to meet maintenance requirements and maintain the building.

3.2. Adjustment of business hours may be allowed in case of emergency, including, more specifically, natural disasters, fires, mass unrest, strikes, hostilities (regardless of whether a war has been officially announced), acts of terrorism, terrorism threat, criminal acts (omissions), international or internal sanctions imposed by legislative or individual acts of public or administrative authorities of the Russian Federation, other events and circumstances preventing the operation of the gambling venue.

4. Obligations of Casino visitors

4.1. In accordance with requirements of article 7 of Federal Law No. 115-FZ “On Countering the Legalization of Incomes Received through Crime (Money Laundering) and the Financing of Terrorism”, as well as clause 2, article 7 of Federal Law No. 244-FZ “On the State Regulation of Activities Associated with the Organization of and Carrying out Gambling and on Amending Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” before admission for services a visitor of the gambling venue shall be identified (registered), which may be performed on grounds of his/her presented valid ID document (original or notarized copy).

4.2. Documents that can prove the identity of an individual, a citizen of the Russian Federation, include:

• Russian passport;

• International passport – authorizing the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation;

• Military service identity card (for military officers, warrant officers, midshipmen);

• Military service card / temporary ID issued as replacement for a military service card (military service card of a soldier, sailor, sergeant, petty officer, warrant officer);

• Temporary ID of a Russian Federation citizen;

• Other documents, recognized under Russian legislation as identification documents.

4.3. Documents that can prove the identity of a foreign citizen include a passport of a foreign citizen (including regular, service, diplomatic ones etc.). In addition, a foreign citizen shall present his/her documents supporting the right of stay (residence) in the territory of the Russian Federation, which include:

• Residence permit (for persons without citizenship constantly residing in the territory of the Russian Federation);

• Temporary residence permit (for persons without citizenship);

• Visa;

• Migration card;

• Temporary ID for persons without citizenship in the Russian Federation;

• Other documents, supporting under the Russian legislation the right of a foreign person or a person without citizenship for stay (residency) in the Russian Federation.

4.4. All documents and information, based on which identification of a Casino visitor is carried out, should be valid at the time they are presented by a visitor.

4.5. Before taking participation in gambling, one must get acquainted with this Policy, Tigre de Cristal Casino Gambling Rules, Guest Parking Rules and Fire Safety Rules (hereinafter – the Casino Rules).

4.6. When entering the Casino, a visitor shall pass through a metal detector, let the hand held luggage to be inspected by an x-ray machine, as well as, upon request of a security officer, shall open his/her bag, business case etc.

4.7. In the territory of the gambling venue, he/she shall comply with the Casino Rules, common rules of public conduct, virtues, morals and ethics.

4.8. He/she shall maintain the territory of the Casino clean and tidy and withdraw from committing actions, disturbing calm and rest of other visitors of the Casino.

4.9. Maintain in the territory of the gaming venue the Rules of Casino, code of public behavior, ethics and morality.

4.10. He/she shall fully comply with demands of security officers or security service of the gambling venue concerning the remedy of violations of the Casino Rules.

4.11. Upon first request of Casino employees, he/she shall voluntarily present his/her identity document proving the age.

4.12. In pursuance of Federal Law No.115-FZ “On Countering the Legalization of Proceeds from Crime (Money Laundering) and the Financing of Terrorism” a visitor, upon the next visit to the Casino, must inform the Casino reception about updates (changes) in his/her registration (identification) document earlier presented at initial registration and/or upon changes in the following particulars:

• name, surname and patronymic name;

• citizenship;

• details of an identification document;

• details of a document, supporting the right of a foreign persons or a person without citizenship for stay (residency) in the Russian Federation;

• validity start/end dates related to the right for stay (residency) in the Russian Federation of a foreign person or a person without citizenship;

• residence (registration) address or address of stay.

5. Rights of Gambling Venue Visitors

5.1. Visitors are entitled to use gambling services in the territory of the Casino in areas, allowed for public (after registration and identification), and as well other related services of bars and restaurants, hotel, entertainment etc.

5.2. A visitor has right to address complaint to the Casino Administration against actions of the Casino's employees or Casino security service. That provided, a visitor in any case must abide to and follow lawful demands of Casino employees and Casino security.

5.3. A Casino’s visitor is entitled to apply for clarification of any situation or disputed issue, arising in the course of provision of gambling services, to the members of the Casino’s management who are present in the gamblers’ service area.

6. List of Reasons for denying visitor access to Casino territory

6.1. A visitor failed to provide necessary and reliable particulars (information) for passing initial identification in Casino (before admitted to servicing), for passing re-identification (upon updates in information), or failed to pass identification.

6.2. A visitor used the other visitor’s Cristal Privilege Club card to gain access to the Casino. In this case, Casino employees will seize somebody else’s card from the visitor.

6.3. A visitor is under age of 18.

6.4. A visitor is wearing dirty or stained clothes/shoes, sportswear, beachwear/beach footwear, industrial clothing, military, camouflage or another uniform, clothes with inscriptions and illustrations containing abusive/explicit language (including those in foreign languages) or directed at incitement to hatred or enmity diminution of dignity of the person of group of people on the basis of gender, race, nationality, language, origin, religion or social class.

6.5. A visitor refused to take off headwear and outerwear at the entrance. Wearing outerwear and headwear in casino is prohibited. Outerwear and headwear should be left in Casino cloakroom.

6.6. Visitor’s clothing does not comply with Dress Code. Casino may set special requirements to visitor clothing in line with events held by Casino (Dress Code).

6.7. A visitor violates common rules of morality, virtue, and ethics with its appearance and/or behavior or certain actions.

6.8. A visitor has characteristics of intoxicated with alcohol, drugs or other toxic substances or has clear and visible mental deviations in his/her behavior, if it suggests that the visitor may be a danger to him-/herself or to society.

6.9. A visitor behaves aggressively towards the personnel and/or other visitors of the gambling venue.

6.10. A visitor has visual signs of infective diseases.

6.11. A visitor is trying to bring to the Casino the following prohibited substances, things or objects into the gambling venue:

• alive flora and fauna species;

• alcoholic/soft drinks and/or food;

• any gaming equipment and/or playing cards;

• any kind of firearm, gas, traumatic, and cold weapons regardless of availability of documents granting the right to keep and bear them (except for law enforcement officers, officers of public oversight and monitoring authorities, cash-in-transit employees, who have service weapons and are present in the Casino on duty), as well as their mockups;

• non-lethal weapons (pepper-spray projectiles, electroshock weapon, air pistols/guns, batons etc.);

• photographic and video equipment, notebooks, laptops, electronic scanners and reading devices, other hardware or electronic devices, which purpose cannot be identified from their external characteristics (except for mobile telephones/smartphones);

• photo-, video-, and audio-recording facilities (except for law enforcement officers and officers of public oversight and monitoring authorities who carry out photographic, video or audio recording in the Casino while accomplishing their mission and within the scope of their employment/mandate);

• any kind of inflammable, explosive, chemical, toxic, radioactive, pyrotechnical, odorous substances or things;

• narcotic, toxic, and psychotropic substances;

• bulky baggage, big bags, rucksacks, suitcases, sports equipment.

• or any items that according to the opinion of Casino Security officers may harm Casino employees or visitors.

6.12. A visitor is on the list of persons who are not allowed to the Casino.

6.13. A visitor is included into the List of individuals that withdrew themselves from participation in gaming in the gambling zone (self-restriction).

6.14. A visitor is on the List of persons suspected of being involved in extremist and terrorism activity, on the list of persons, involved in proliferation of mass destruction weapons according to the site of Russian Federation Federal Service of Financial Monitoring.

6.15. Other cases stipulated by the Internal Control Policy for Countering the Legalization of Incomes Received through Crime (Money Laundering) and Financing of Terrorism of G1 Entertainment LLC.

6.16. Casino is entitled to deny attendance at the Casino to any visitor and withhold reasons of such denial.

6.17. Casino is entitled to close (or to restrict access to) certain premises and/or areas of the Casino at its own discretion.

6.18. Representatives of the law enforcement (controlling) authorities are allowed to the Casino in accordance with the current legislation of Russian Federation.

7. Actions Prohibited in the Casino Area, after Which a Visitor Has to Leave the Casino

7.1. Violation of Tigre de Cristal Casino Rules.

7.2. Attempts of conspiracy to commit a crime/fraud with employees or other visitors of the Casino in order to gain illegal winnings/income.

7.3. A visitor’s denial or avoidance of payment of goods purchased by him/her, services rendered to him/her, works performed.

7.4. Misappropriation of the Casino or other visitor property (including cash, chips, TITO tickets etc.) or attempts to gain them illegally.

7.5. Any aggressive or abusive acts, obscenities towards employees of the Casino, other visitors.

7.6. Begging, extortion.

7.7. Playing at reserved tables or slot machines.

7.8. Refusal to comply with or disregard of internal Casino Rules, as well as demands of the Administration of the Casino to follow them.

7.9. Attempts to interfere with operation of or disable the Casino’s gaming equipment.

7.10. Usage of the Casino’s gaming and other equipment other than intended.

7.11. Attempts to use fake internal exchange items (chips, cards, notes) or internal exchange items of other gambling venues for play.

7.12. Attempts to record photos, video and audio in the territory of the Casino with the use of any technical means, including mobile communication means, without the permission of the Casino Administration (except for recording made by law enforcement and state supervision and inspection authorities while being on duty and within the scope of their employment).

7.13. Use of narcotic, toxic, and psychotropic substances and agents in the territory of the Casino.

7.14. Attempts to enter the Casino’s service facilities, including entering the building through staff entrances, or entering the Hotel rooms level while not being the hotel guest.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. In case of destruction of, damage to, or other deterioration of the equipment of property of the gambling venue by a visitor, the Casino is entitled to demand from the guilty persons to compensate losses fully in accordance with civil legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.2. In order to record photos, video, and audio in the territory of the gambling venue with the use of any technical means, including mobile communication means, it is necessary to get a prior permission to the Casino.

8.3. In case of occurrence of any situations in the territory of the Casino, which resolution requires involvement of employees of the Casino or security service, the latter may apply adequate enforcement actions within their mandate, as well as within the limits of justifiable defense and extreme necessity.

8.4. Employees of the Casino or Casino security service may urge any visitor who violates this Policy to leave the Casino’s territory immediately.

8.5. Ambulance cars, emergency response teams, fire teams, which have arrived to render assistance, are allowed to the Casino’s territory, accompanied by Casino employees.

8.6. The Casino does not assume obligations for preservation of and does not bear liability for loss of the visitors' belongings left without attendance in the territory of the Casino (including smartphones left for charging). However, the Casino will use all opportunities and take all legal available measures to assist the investigation of such cases and to help law enforcement authorities.

8.7. The checked-in belongings may be returned to a visitor only upon presentation of a cloakroom ticket. If the ticket is lost, Casino takes no responsibility for the belongings left at the cloakroom and these belongings are returned in the presence of a representative of the Casino upon presentation of documents proving the visitor's identity and a verbal description of the checked-in belongings. Casino takes no responsibility for the money, valuables and other items left in the pockets or elsewhere in the checked-in clothes. The belongings that were left by visitors are registered and kept by the Casino in line with internal rules and procedures set by the Casino.

8.8. Video and audio surveillance is in place throughout the Casino to ensure safety of the guests and staff of the Casino.
